Caltagirone
- 8:30 am - Pick up at the hotel and departure to Caltagirone, city of ceramics.
- 10:00 am -Visit the old town (142 ceramic steps) and purchase the ingredients in the typical shops in the characteristic "carruggi" that will be used in the cooking lesson.
- 11:30 am - Leaving the historic center of Caltagirone, we will immerse ourselves in the typical Sicilian countryside sited on the top of Erei hills.
Cooking class of traditional Sicilian cuisine at Villa
- 12:00 am - Once in the House, we will begin to cook the typical lunch of Sicilian peasants together with Angelo chef in a casual and relaxing. With the ingredients purchased in the shops, we cook lunch using the technique of "brace" (barbecue).

- 2:00 pm -After the cooking class, we will have lunch admiring the beautiful Sicilian landscape and drinking the wine produced in Villa.
- 4:00 pm -After lunch head back to Syracuse after living this experience memorable for sure.
- 5:30 pm - Arrive at Syracuse and drop-off
