9:30 am or 5:00 pm - You'll be taught how to prepare a very authentic Sicilian lunch with handemade pasta , we'll also prepare the sauce for pasta, all strictly organic from Siracusa's countryside with Chef Angelo. Together we'llalso prepare the dessert symbol of Sicily , the "Cannolo" from the waffle to the filling of sheep's milk ricotta cheese.

1:30 pm -Finally we'll share the meal in a casual and fun atmosphere together with the chef, all this with paired excellent Italian wine. At the end of lunch , you can enjoy a delicious Espresso and homemade liqueurs based on organic ingredients.
